If you do not use American Realty Group then you will not be using the best..PERIOD! My husband and I just bought our first house, and our realtor, Joe LoPiccolo, was awesome! We moved from across the country and were only in town for about a week to look at houses. He scheduled viewings at every place we were remotely interested in and was able to speak to the quality of different aspects of each house (he could tell us about the electrical, plumbing, roof and siding, foundation, etc, etc), which we never would have been able to recognize ourselves. He was also very knowledgeable about the area, which was a huge deal for us since we hadn't been here before! Once we found a place we liked, he was able to help us make a competitive offer. He also did the final walk through on our house and closing when we were not in town yet, and has continued to help us with any questions we've had post-closing.
