Justin received his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2002. He then received his juris doctor degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in 2005. He is licensed to practice law in
Missouri, Illinois and Kansas.

Justin became a licensed real estate salesperson in 2009 and joined American Realty Group at that time. Since then, Justin
has represented buyers and sellers in both residential and commercial transactions.

As an attorney, Justin has been named a Rising Star in Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers magazine for six consecutive years. His law practice is concentrated in civil litigation as well as real estate matters. He has extensive experience defending real
estate agents and brokers in professional liability suits and also provides legal advice to agents/brokers during the
transactional process.

Justin’s combination of education and legal experience provide him a unique perspective when representing a buyer or seller
in a real estate transaction and position him to use his legal knowledge and negotiation skills to be the best advocate for his
clients.
