Joe is the absolute best! He sold my house fast. It was a very easy process which was important to me. He took care of everything. We then looked for a house with very specific guidelines of what we wanted. He would not let us buy something he didn't think was right for us. We always had faith he wasn't just interested in making a quick commission. The thing we liked best was his patience. We were not always the easiest to work with. We were often late to showings and very indecisive and he never seemed annoyed by that. When we finally found the home we were going to buy he was able to save us some money off the price. Overall he is a great guy who is honest and a very hard worker. You will not regret working with him. We love our new home.
